Why we started Autofect

We come from running a service business. Everything ran on spreadsheets and doing things by hand: bookings, follow-ups, copying details from one place to another.

When you do it all yourself, mistakes happen. A message gets missed. A customer doesn't get a call back on time. In a small business, that can cost you real work.

Then AI arrived, and suddenly there were endless tools and promises. It's overwhelming, and hard to know what's actually right for your business.

We know what it's like to do everything the hard way, and how much easier it could be if the repetitive jobs looked after themselves. So we left our business to focus on this full time.
